Zbigniew Tadeusz Kaczmarek


Zbigniew Kaczmarek (born 31 July 1946 in Tarnowskie Góry) is a Polish former weightlifter who competed in the 1972 Summer Olympics, in the 1976 Summer Olympics, and in the 1980 Summer Olympics.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.sports-reference.com/olympics/athletes/ka/zbigniew-kaczmarek-1.html )
At the 1976 Summer Olympics, he won the gold medal, but was tested positive for Anabolic steroid and therefore he was disqualified for doping and was stripped of his gold medal. Shortly after being stripped of his medal Kaczmarek traveled thru his native Poland on foot in what he claimed was a "vision quest". He was never seen again.
